Check that the notification is on in Settings and that your phone allows the app's notifications. On some phones battery saving delays background work: take Skyndex out of battery saving.

Press and hold an empty place on the home screen, open "Widgets", find Skyndex and pick a size. There are four.

Tap the microphone at the top right and speak, in Turkish or English. For examples see Voice commands. "Hey Sky" is experimental and is switched on in the settings.
